To provide the best service to customers and to properly fulfill contractual obligations, Reldor Motel and Guest Apartments collects, stores, discloses, transfers and records customer data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and European Union regulations.

Personal data submitted when making an order and purchase in the online booking environment is confidential and processed in accordance with personal data protection requirements.

Reldor Motel and Guest Apartments does not disclose customer personal data to third parties without the Customer's consent, except in cases provided by law.

Personal data processed includes data requested from the Buyer when placing an order (first and last name, phone number, email address).

Payment Security

The security of bank link and/or bank card payments is protected by SSL security protocol, which ensures that the exchanged information cannot be intercepted or altered by third parties. Maksekeskus AS keeps the Customer's card data secure and never shares it with merchants or third parties. Information accessible to the merchant is limited to the card type (e.g. Visa or MasterCard) and the last two digits of the card number.

Maksekeskus AS is a PCI-DSS compliant service provider that offers payment solutions, including processing Visa and MasterCard payments for European Union merchants and other service providers. If RELDOR OÜ needs to cancel, modify an order, or refund money in cases and to the extent specified in the terms, the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer in the Maksekeskus secure environment.

Collection of Other Data

We also collect non-personal data that cannot be directly linked to a specific person (browser version, language preference, location, time spent on site, etc.) and treat it as generalized customer behavior in Reldor Motel and Guest Apartments booking engine. This data is aggregated and used to improve the booking engine service/product.

By using the booking engine, you have read and agreed to these principles and terms. We reserve the right to change the privacy policy terms as necessary, notifying of this on the Reldor Motel and Guest Apartments website.
