In 1996, the industrial village of Reldor was opened in Pärnu in the near vicinity of Riia Street and the city centre. The industrial village is located in Papiniidu business quarter, near several large shopping centres: construction material stores Bauhof, K-Rauta and Espak, shopping centre Kaubamajakas and several other smaller trade and other companies. The total surface area of manufacturing, service and business premises in the industrial village is 14,624 m2.
At the end of March 2006, AS Reldor completed its new similar business premises in the business quarter of Rääma city district in the city of Pärnu — the premises are located at Savi Street 17, near the detour of Via Baltica, where the total rental surface area is 5,979 m2, the surface areas of different premises remain between 200–1,050 m2.
In 2014, the company completed office premises in Papiniidu business quarter at Papiniidu Street 13, which are located in the near vicinity of Reldor industrial village at Lao Street 8. The total rental surface area is 392 m2 and the surface areas of different premises are between 12–184 m2.
